2024-2025 SCHEDULE

Orders are closed for short and long sleeve shirts, hoodies, & 1/4 zip pull-overs. 

They will be available for pick-up at the Harriman Rodeo; you can pay with cash, check, or paypal when you pick up.   We may have a few extras if you missed this order.

-Entries for Harriman are closed.  Please read the Information Sheet CAREFULLY.

There is much information to read on their info sheet/letter. Please look over all the details; this is a 2 round rodeo.  See SESD info letter below for complete details.

Remember the final deadline to turn in your raffle ticket money or banner sponsorship is March 2.  You are required to turn in $300 in order to be eligible to compete at State Finals.  If you raise at least $500, you will also earn a Team Jacket at State Finals.

IF YOU TURN IN AT LEAST $300 BY OUR HARRIMAN RODEO, YOU WILL RECIEVE A CINCH TEAM SHIRT IN MARCH.  We will have a table to collect fundraising at check-in at Harriman. 

 Contestants, board members, event directors, arena help, etc. must be in dress code at check-in & during all performances and slack if you are in arena area.   Contestants must be in full dress code during rodeo even if in the stands and must wear back number at all times even between performances.

Be ready when your event starts.  Be sure to have someone fill in for you if you cannot be there. It is your responsibility.
