No overnight Tie-outs allowed per facility, so be sure to reserve your stall by entry deadline if staying overnight. Stalls are on concrete; so plan accordingly.
*PLEASE turn in those ADULT Membership Forms & Fees during check-in if you plan to vote at our annual meeting or to serve our association in some capacity next year.
*Please pay and pick up anniversary shirt orders. ALSO, we have Anniversary Books, Stickers, & Caps for SALE!!! There are a few extra shirts as well.

CUTTING NEWS AND DATES - To be eligible to cut you must join National Cutting Horse Association along with the TNHSRA. You must compete in at least 3 cuttings in order to qualify for the finals.

Contestants, board members, event directors, arena help, etc. must be in dress code at check-in & during all performances and slack if you are in arena area. Contestants must be in full dress code during rodeo even if in the stands and must wear back number at all times even between performances.
Be ready when your event starts. Be sure to have someone fill in for you if you cannot be there. It is your responsibility.
