ANNOUNCEMENTS:

JUNE 3, 4, & 5 - STATE FINALS - Martin, TN

PLEASE THOROUGHLY READ THE INFO SHEET FOR STATE FINAL BEFORE ENTERING ONLINE.  Many things are different for State Finals, so read the info sheet closely. 

Some highlights explained in the info sheet include:

-Check-in and Mandatory Meeting

-Adult Membership Meeting (adult membership form)

-Jackpot Option - If do not jackpot, do not receive payout.

-Auction Items to bring.

-Schedule of the many happenings at State Finals.


There will be a sign-up for workers for State Finals coming soon. We will need gate admission workers each night, auction workers, team meal servers, food and other meal volunteers, notaries after awards program, ETC!  A list will be coming soon, but if you are willing to serve in any of these capacities, please email tnhsra@yahoo.com with the area you would like to help.

May 15 - Deadline to notify secretary of running for state Queen or state student officer (president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer).

May 15 - Deadline to turn in National Merit Scholarship Application.

May 16 - Deadline to enter State Finals. 


Membership for the 20222-2023 season will open in August.   See the Membership page for more information.  All membership paperwork & dues must be completed & submitted prior to entering your first rodeo.

Out Of State Horses must have a 

Health Certificate at All TNHSRA Rodeos.

CUTTING NEWS AND DATES - To be eligible to cut you must join National Cutting Horse Association along with the TNHSRA. You must compete in at least 3 cuttings in order to qualify for the finals.

oTHER NEED TO KNOW INFO

Dress Code

 Contestants, board members, event directors, arena help, etc. must be in dress code at check-in & during all performances and slack if you are in arena area.   Contestants must be in full dress code during rodeo even if in the stands and must wear back number at all times even between performances.

Student Event Directors

Be ready when your event starts.  Be sure to have someone fill in for you if you cannot be there. It is your responsibility.
