IMPORTANT DATES & DEADLINES

MARCH 18 :  LAST DEADLINE FOR STATE FINALS REQUIREMENTS...To qualify for State Finals, turn in a minimum total of $300 (1 book of tickets) (or a $600 sponsor banner).  ***


MARCH 18 : In order to also receive a qualifier award at state finals, an additional $200 worth of tickets must be turned in by this date ( a total of 25 tickets) (a total of $500 for the year), ( or a $600 sponsor banner). ***


***(The total minimum requirement to compete at state finals is $300 by March 18, and enter your event at least 4 times before state finals.)

(The minimum requirement for the qualifier award is $500 by March 18.)


All membership paperwork & dues must be completed & submitted prior to entering your first rodeo, cutting or shooting.

Tuscumbia, Al - March 18-19

This rodeo is a joint rodeo with TN High School and Jr High.  There will be a Team Roping Open Jackpot Friday night. Our rodeos will be Saturday and Sunday.  Don't forget your fundraising fee which is a requirement to compete at State Finals will be due this weekend. (This is raised through selling 15 tickets whose value is $300). Many of you already turned this in. If you would also like to qualify for a team jacket, please turn in an additional $200 (for a total of $500 in fundraising) or a $600 banner sponsorship.

Out Of State Horses must have a 

Health Certificate at All TNHSRA Rodeos.

CUTTING NEWS AND DATES - To be eligible to cut you must join National Cutting Horse Association along with the TNHSRA. You must compete in at least 3 cuttings in order to qualify for the finals.

oTHER NEED TO KNOW INFO

Dress Code

 Contestants, board members, event directors, arena help, etc. must be in dress code at check-in & during all performances and slack if you are in arena area.   Contestants must be in full dress code during rodeo even if in the stands and must wear back number at all times even between performances.

Student Event Directors

Be ready when your event starts.  Be sure to have someone fill in for you if you cannot be there. It is your responsibility.
